Return Policy

We offer free returns within 7 days, provided the product remains unopened and in its original new condition.

For Local Orders in Taiwan: To simplify and expedite the service process, we offer a "return only, no exchange" policy. Within the seven-day evaluation period, "unopened and brand-new products" can be returned without any conditions. If the return causes the total order amount to fall below the threshold for free shipping, promotional discounts, or free gifts, the shipping costs, promotional discounts, and gifts must also be returned. If you need to exchange a product, please handle it as a return and then place a new order for the suitable product.

For International Orders: The same policy applies. Due to the special nature of shipping and customs for international transactions, overseas consumers are responsible for returning the items and covering the return shipping costs.

Please note: Free returns are only eligible if the product remains in brand-new condition. If the product has been opened, shows visible damage, has missing accessories or free gifts, or is not in a brand-new, resalable condition, the return request will be rejected. In this case, you can choose to pay for return shipping to receive the product back, or we can dispose of it for you.
