1. Shipping Options

We offer the following domestic (Taiwan) shipping methods:

• 7-Eleven Pickup & Payment:

  • Service: You can choose to pick up your order at a nearby 7-Eleven store and pay in-store.
  • Delivery Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped out on the same day and are expected to be ready for pickup by the day after tomorrow.
  • How It Works: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via SMS and email with pickup instructions. Please collect your order within the specified time to avoid additional charges.
     

• Black Cat Express (黑貓宅急便):

  • Service: We offer door-to-door delivery with Black Cat Express.
  • Delivery Time: Usually delivered on the next business day, except for major holidays or peak seasons.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
     

• In-Store Pickup:

  • Service: You can choose to pick up your order directly from our store location.
  • Pickup Time: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1 business day.
  • How It Works: Please pick up withing 7 days.
     

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method. You will see the total cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
 

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, except following major holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
