We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, and the website will automatically estimate the shipping cost during checkout. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process. Currently, we offer the following shipping methods:

● EMS International Express (Global Express Mail Service)

Most countries worldwide receive their shipments within a week.

● 7-11 Cross-Border Store Pickup (Available for Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia)

Delivery within 7-10 days after shipment. You will receive a text message and an email notification when your package arrives at the 7-11 store. Please pick up your package within the designated pick-up period (3 days for Hong Kong and Singapore, 4 days for Malaysia). If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be sent to your "Uncollected Delivery Address," and a late pick-up fee will be charged upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after one week, the package will be discarded.

Late Pick-Up Fee Details:

• Hong Kong: 27 HKD/kg for the first kilogram; 37 HKD/kg for 2-5 kilograms
• Singapore: 7 SGD/kg for the first kilogram; 3 SGD/kg for additional weight
• West Malaysia: 9 MYR/kg for the first kilogram; 3 MYR/kg for additional weight
• East Malaysia: 23 MYR/kg for the first kilogram; 16 MYR/kg for additional weight
• Customs Duty Details: Hong Kong is duty-free. Malaysia's shipping fee includes customs duty. Singapore has a duty-free threshold of SGD 400; if exceeded, customs duties may be applied.

● 7-11 Cross-Border Home Delivery (Available for China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK)

Delivery within 7-10 days after shipment. If delivery is unsuccessful after one week, the package will be discarded. Customs Duty Details: Hong Kong is duty-free. Malaysia's shipping fee includes customs duty. Singapore has a duty-free threshold of SGD 400; if exceeded, customs duties may be applied. For mainland China, the duty-free threshold is CNY 50; if exceeded, customs duties will be applied according to customs regulations. Orders exceeding CNY 800 cannot be shipped (the system will block the order from being processed).

● SF Express (Limited to Non-Liquid Products) (Available for Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, China)

If you purchase non-liquid products, SF Express offers the lowest shipping rates.
