1. 直接取用：一天四次，一次兩滴。
2. 原液噴霧：將花精原液裝到噴霧瓶中，噴灑在個人氣場周圍。此噴霧的保存期限與原液相同。
3. 稀釋噴霧：將2滴花精滴到100ml酒精中，噴灑在個人氣場周圍。此噴霧的能量會遞減，建議於一週內用完。
4. 塗抹：將2滴花精塗抹於嘴唇、脈搏、耳後或重要穴道點。
5. 濕敷：將2滴花精滴到100ml水中，取紙巾或毛巾沾濕後，貼於肌膚上。
6. 泡澡：滴約1-2管花精到浴缸中，進行泡澡。

以上各種使用方式，無論選用何種方式，每天合計至少要用4次。當需要更快見效時，可增加使用次數，次數至多無上限。
