It is a symptom of the loss of connection with our soul and a consequent over reliance on our mind as a means of living life. However there are almost unlimited ways in which we can experience this pattern – more subtle examples can be seen in an excessive need for television, music, exercise or even meditation when taken to extremes. This essence will help to work with the issues underlying this state bringing calmness and understanding.
