Description

Aspen helps those who experience apprehension for which there appears to be no logical reason. This can take the form of vague but potent apprehension of some unknown future event or an uneasy ‘spooked out’ feeling in the dark or in strange places. The creepy, shivery feeling that is sometimes described as ‘someone just walked over my grave’ expresses the Aspen fear of the spirit / psychic realms very well.

Shaking, trembling, or vague fluttering feelings in the tummy together with coldness, paleness & nightmares are all indications of the need for Aspen.

Dr Bach's description of Aspen...
"Vague unknown fears, for which there can be given no explanation, no reason. Yet the patient may be terrified of something terrible going to happen, he knows not what. These vague unexplainable fears may haunt by night or day. Sufferers often are afraid to tell their trouble to others." From the Twelve Healers & Other Remedies - By Dr Edward Bach ( 1936 edition )

Indications that Aspen is needed:

  • Psychically open to other dimensions and picks up negative energies from the collective.
  • Apprehension for no logical reason.
  • Sensitive to atmosphere can’t filter out lower astral energies e.g. ghosts, haunted houses.
  • Easily spooked, jump out of your skin as though ‘someone just walked over my grave’.
  • Shaking, trembling, fluttery tummy, coldness, paleness & nightmares.

How To Use This Essence
This is stock level Essence which can be diluted into a treatment bottle as suggested by Dr Bach or used directly from stock if preferred. A treatment bottle can contain one single essence or a combination of up to eight different essences.

Making a Combination
Making a Bach Flower Remedy combination is simple and easy: put 2 drops from each of the Remedies you require (4 drops of Revival Remedy) into a clean glass dropper bottle containing up to 30ml of spring water (adding a teaspoon full of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish). Alternatively you can put 4 drops of each remedy required (8 drops of Revival Remedy) into a glass of water. You can combine up to 8 Remedies.

How to Use
Using Your Combination: For a normal adult dosage take 4 drops on the tongue (or a sip from your glass of water) 8 x a day, or every 30 - 60 minutes for acute states. Using Directly From Stock: Take 2 drops on the tongue as above. Preferably take 10 minutes away from food and drink. We'd normally suggest using for two - four weeks before reviewing how you feel.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational medicine in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
