Add Nutmeg to a carrier oil or lotion to take in its stimulating properties. This oil can help soothe the occasional upset stomach or get you out of feeling sluggish after overeating. Help ease your aching joints brought on by normal aging with its warming benefits. Also, Nutmeg Essential Oil blends wonderfully with citrus, floral, or wood essential oils as it enhances every blend with its warm, spicy characteristic.

Myristica Fragrans (Nutmeg) Kernel Oil

How to Use
Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.8% in a carrier.
