Ho Wood possesses a beautifully fragrant aroma, filled with woody, floral, camphorous notes. Take in its wonderful scent that can also promote a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Add Ho Wood to your blends for total relaxation. This essential oil becomes useful during times of stress experienced in daily life. Because of its high linalool content, Ho Wood can give a cooling sensation when used topically that can also help during issues like cramps during menstrual cycles. Its aroma and properties are very similar to Rosewood Oil, which is a threatened species and should be avoided.

How to Use 
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. 
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
