Tossing and turning in the middle of the night due to life’s hardships and feelings of anxiety? Blend this with Sandalwood or Lavender to help you get a good night’s rest. When diluted in a carrier oil, Catnip can even help ease tension in muscles or calm a pounding head. It is also useful for helping to relieve gas pain. As tempting as the name is, do not use this essential for your feline friends. Catnip Essential Oil is highly concentrated and not safe for use with cats, unlike the dried herb.

How to Use 
Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. 
Topical: Dilute to 0.5-2% in a carrier.
