Description

There’s no other essential oil that tingles the senses quite like Cinnamon Bark does. Its aroma is invitingly warm, woody, spicy, yet sweet. Diffusing this into your home can help energize and stimulate your senses, especially during moments of worry or fatigue. Cinnamon Bark can help during times of seasonal illnesses. It is also a great addition to essential oil blends as it adds a great warm, spicy aroma to other essential oils in the citrus, mint, or wood families.

How to Use 
Cinnamon Bark's distinct, long-lasting aroma makes this a perfect oil for passive diffusion. Add to your passive diffuser or potpourri, like dried pinecones and herbs. 

Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water. 
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.1% in a carrier.

This essential oil can be a potential skin irritant if too much is applied topically. To use safely, a 0.1% dilution in a carrier oil is recommended, which is approximately one drop per ounce of carrier oil. You can also dip a toothpick in Cinnamon Bark, then swirl it around in your carrier oil or essential oil blend to impart its warm, spicy qualities.
