龍膽花精 (Gentian)

龍膽又稱龍膽草、龍膽根，是沮喪挫折的第一線防護花精。當受到挫折諸如落榜、遭拒、面試失敗等，而感到失去自信、欠缺勇氣、意氣消沉、自我懷疑、容易放棄時，都可使用龍膽。

♘ 適用的動物：訓練中受到挫折就不再嘗試。

花精挑選區辨：
1. 龍膽和落葉松都呈現自信不足，不同之處在於龍膽是遭遇挫折之後的暫時失意，落葉松是一直以來就是如此。
2. 龍膽和荊豆都是消沉喪志，但龍膽程度較輕，仍願努力，荊豆程度更強至近乎絕望，已不願嘗試，是龍膽的加強版。

龍膽花精使用方式

1. 直接取用：一天四次，一次兩滴。
2. 原液噴霧：將花精原液裝到噴霧瓶中，噴灑在個人氣場周圍。此噴霧的保存期限與原液相同。
3. 稀釋噴霧：將2滴花精滴到100ml酒精中，噴灑在個人氣場周圍。此噴霧的能量會遞減，建議於一週內用完。
4. 塗抹：將2滴花精塗抹於嘴唇、脈搏、耳後或重要穴道點。
5. 濕敷：將2滴花精滴到100ml水中，取紙巾或毛巾沾濕後，貼於肌膚上。
6. 泡澡：滴約1-2管花精到浴缸中，進行泡澡。

以上各種使用方式，無論選用何種方式，每天合計至少要用4次。當需要更快見效時，可增加使用次數，次數至多無上限。
