Ache Away includes the alleviating properties of Copaiba, Sweet Marjoram, Geranium, Black Pepper, and more, to help soothe muscles so that you can get to feeling better as soon as possible. This a great blend to reach for after a good workout, strenuous day, or just wanting to support muscle comfort through typical wear and tear over time.

How to Use
Use Ache Away topically by diluting in a carrier oil or unscented cream and massaging it into the areas of concern. For full-body use, try combining Jojoba, Grapeseed, and Tamanu carrier oils with 3% Ache Away to make your own muscle massage oil. If a relaxing bath is more tempting, add about 15 drops of Ache Away to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or a carrier oil and a half cup of Epsom salt for a soak that will soothe and calm muscles.

Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
