Description

Balsam Fir is a stunning cold-weather evergreen native to the northern United States and Canada. Its deep green color and slightly spicy aroma have made it a favorite to bring home and decorate for the holidays. The essential oil from the needles of Balsam Fir evokes the feeling of strolling through a lush mountain forest with its fresh, woodsy scent. It can gently energize and uplift the mind and spirit during each inhale of the sweet, evergreen aroma. You may even feel naturally inclined to take slower, deeper breaths, which in turn supports feelings of relaxation and positive, clear thinking. 

Balsam Fir is also known to help alleviate lingering coughs and respiratory discomfort and has soothing benefits to support muscle relaxation when diluted and applied topically. It is an excellent choice to diffuse to impart instant freshness into the air, helping to purify stale, stagnant odors with its crisp, forest scent.

How to Use
