How to Use
For best results, use at least 4 times a day. For each use, shake the bottle 25 times to activate the energy, then apply one of the following methods:
1. Take 4 drops directly.
2. Apply the concentrate to important acupoints along the Du Maridian, such as Baihui (top of the head), Fengfu (above the neck, one inch inside the hairline), Dazhui (base of the neck), Shenzhu (middle of the lower back), and Changqiang (tailbone). Apply 1 drop per acupoint, and choose 3-5 points.
3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion and apply along the path of the Du Maridian, from the tailbone up along the spine to the back of the neck.
