Energy Composition
This formula harmonizes with Gallbladder meridian energies and includes:  
- Gentian: Dissolves feelings of frustration and enhances confidence.  
- German chamomile: Promotes calm, relieving worry and tension.  
- Baikal skullcap: Activates the crown chakra, relaxes emotions, and fosters harmony.  
- Primrose: Supports personal growth through experience.  
- Amber: Clears unease and negative thoughts, building self-worth.

A proprietary blend of flower and crystal essences (gentian, German chamomile, Baikal skullcap, primrose, amber, yellow tiger’s eye, sunstone) preserved in brandy, 35% ABV.

How to Use
Use at least 4 times daily. You may choose any of the following methods for each use.
1. Take 4 drops directly.  
2. Apply the undiluted essence to key Gallbladder Meridian acupoints, such as Sibai, Fengchi, Jianjing, Fengchi (again), Huantiao, and Yanglingquan. Apply 1 drop to each acupoint, selecting 2-3 pairs of acupoints on either side. 
3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion and apply along the Gallbladder Meridian pathway (as shown in the product image). You can apply to convenient area along the path, and it's not necessary to cover the entire length.

✔ Safe for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, the elderly, and patients.  
✔ Can be used alongside medications.  
✔ Can be combined with Bach Flower Essences (recommended at least 20 minutes apart).  
✘ Not recommended for use with other compound flower essences.  
✘ Not for children under 7 years old (as this flower essence is potent).  
✘ Not suitable for those with alcohol allergies.  

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool place. If storing for more than 2 months, keep at least 2 meters away from large electrical appliances.
