How to Use
Use at least 4 times daily. You may choose any of the following methods for each application. Use at least once a day during the meridian's active time (Kidney Meridian: 5-7 PM) for best results.
1. Take 4 drops directly.
2. Apply to key Kidney Meridian points, including Yongquan, Taixi, Shenshu, Baihui, etc. Choose 2-3 pairs of points on both sides and apply one drop to each point.
3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion and apply along the Kidney Meridian pathway (as shown in the product image). You can choose the most convenient area to apply; it’s not necessary to cover the entire meridian line.
