How to Use

Use at least 4 times daily. You may choose any of the following methods for each application.

1. Take 4 drops directly.

2. Apply the pure essence directly to key acupoints along the Lung Meridian, such as Zhong Fu, Yun Men, Tian Fu, Chi Ze, Kong Zui, Tai Yuan, and Yu Ji. Apply 1 drop to each selected point, and you may choose 2-3 pairs of acupoints to apply.

3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion and apply along the meridian path (as shown in the product image). Apply to convenient areas, as it is not necessary to cover the entire meridian.

✔ Can be used alongside medications.

✔ Can be combined with Bach Flower Essences (recommended at least 20 minutes apart).
