How to Use

Use at least 4 times daily. You may choose any of the following methods for each use.

1. Take 4 drops directly.

2. Apply to key acupoints along the Liver Meridian, including Taichong, Sanyinjiao, and Qimen. Apply 1 drop to each acupoint, choosing 2-3 pairs of acupoints on both sides as needed.

3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion and apply along the path of the Governing Vessel, from the tailbone up along the spine to the back of the neck.

✔ Can be used alongside medications.

✔ Can be combined with Bach Flower Essences (recommended at least 20 minutes apart).
