Description

For centuries, Palo Santo Essential Oil has been used for its wonderful healing properties. Its name translates to “holy wood” in Spanish, as it’s believed to help ward off negative energy. Sharing similar constituents, it is considered a cousin to Frankincense Essential Oil. Take one sniff of Palo Santo-- not only will you experience a woody, sweet, slightly fruity aroma, but it can help ease feelings of stress, anxiety, or nervous tension. Also, it can help settle down headaches caused by such emotions. With tender or sore muscles, dilute this healing oil to help alleviate pain. When diffused, it can help support a healthy respiratory system.

How to Use
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.
