When you’re feeling nervous or like your mind is scattered, Melissa can help calm running thoughts to help you relax, while relieving tension in the head or neck. Also, you can dilute it into a carrier oil to help ease the occasional upset stomach.

How to Use

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.

Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier.
