Each blend is great to diffuse and fill your room with a soothing scent to help calm nervous tension and put your mind at ease. For a more subtle experience, add a couple of drops of your favorite blend onto a cotton round and place near your bedside to gently inhale the aroma while falling asleep. Each blend can also be diluted in a carrier oil or lotion and massaged onto your skin to support relaxation. For an extra relaxing bath, add about 20 drops to an ounce of carrier oil, castile soap, or unscented body wash to a half cup of Epsom salt and add to warm water. How to Use
Relax: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
Sleep Tight: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
Unwind: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.
