How to Use
Use at least 4 times a day. For each use, shake the bottle 30 times to activate the energy, then apply one of the following methods:
1. Take 4 drops directly.
2. Apply 1 drop of the essence directly to key points along the Ren meridian, such as Chengjiang, Shanzhong, Tiantu, Guanyuan, and Qihai. Simply choose 3 to 5 of these points for application.
3. Add 4-7 drops to your body lotion, and apply it along the Ren meridian path—from the lower abdomen up the centerline of your body to the chin.
