In the cave, cut off from external distractions, we can introspect, rejuvenate, and explore the shadows within. This temporary rest allows us to emerge renewed and transformed.

A Message from the Creator
During a period of chaotic and exhausting life, I longed for solitude, a retreat from external disturbances, to allow myself to reflect, clear my mind, and understand what my next steps should be. Although I couldn’t fully disappear due to my responsibilities to my company and family, I spent deep meditation sessions at home, and even participated in several silent retreats where I had to give up my phone and remain silent throughout. These experiences were invaluable in helping me understand what retreat truly feels like.
While connection with others is necessary, solitude can be equally essential, especially when life feels off track. It provides an opportunity to reset, clear your thoughts, and begin anew.
This essence was created at the Saspol Caves, located at the border between India and Tibet. These caves were used by monks for meditation retreats from the 13th to the 15th centuries. The caves are remote, with no clear path to reach them. One must climb a steep, rocky slope, where a misstep could result in a fall. It's hard to imagine the determination these monks had to endure such challenges to reach these caves for their retreats.
To enhance the essence of retreat, I’ve included walnut flower essence to block outside distractions, smoky quartz for grounding, Lemurian quartz for wisdom, bat essence to face inner shadows, and the sacred geometry of the Om sound for spiritual alignment. I hope this essence will empower you to find what you need, and help you start anew.
