甜草辮顧名思義，氣味香甜，聞起來神似香草，生長於美國加拿大地區。焚燒時可以帶入和諧寧靜的能量，是令人放鬆愉悅的幸福香草。甜草辮屬陰性、水元素，對應水星和金星，對女性能量特別有益，能平撫心理痛苦與陳年悲傷，溫和地消解上癮、偏執與衝動行為。用於煙燻淨化儀式時，通常先焚燒鼠尾草、杜松等淨化力強的草杖，將甜草留在最後焚燒，能夠帶入正面能量，吸引高靈上師。

使用方式
點火燃燒後，以白煙燻繞需要淨化的個人氣場、空間或物品。甜草辮不一定能持續保持燃著狀態，此為正常現象，適度搧風、重新點燃或搭配無煙炭餅使用，以延長燃著時間。一條甜草辮可分數次使用。
