Temples of Light For The Mind Body & Spirit

​Mountains have often been a place for spiritual pilgrimage. Evolved civilisations of many religions have often settled on a mountain for its strengthening properties, protection and connecting with the pulling mysteries of Mother Earth. Many previous sacred souls have sought out mountains for the higher visions and vibrational truth that reside there.

Slopes, ridges, peaks, chambers, caves, karsts, aquifers, plateaus, secret passages, doorways, portal openings all reside within mountains, you could say there is a lot of potential there to connect with your conscious awareness and dreamtime.

So where are these mountain ranges?

General suggestions on ‘How to Use’
For an instant connection with Temples of Light: Gently share the water droplets into a mountain shape, approx.7-8 sprays as far as your arm will reach above the crown of your head. Gently close your eyes, as the droplets pass your nose, breathe the droplets in towards your high-heart (thymus) and then visualise the energy moving upward toward your pineal gland and the crown of your head.
